The UAE Graduate Students Research Conference (GSRC) is a vibrant, multidisciplinary event that fosters academic exchange among graduate students from universities across the UAE and their international partners. Its primary aim is to offer a platform for students to present their research, receive scholarly feedback and build professional networks. Additionally, the conference enables students to showcase their innovative work to industry and government sectors, receiving practical insights to enhance their research. It also provides prospective students with a chance to explore research opportunities at participating institutions.

Submissions of PapersProspective authors are encouraged to submit short papers, up to two pages in length and formatted in a double-column layout, detailing their research and results through the GSRC's online submission system. Each submission must include an abstract between 50 to150 words. For detailed instructions, please refer to the guidelines available in the paper submission section at www.uaegsrc.ae. ELIGIBILITY & COPYRIGHTTo be eligible, the first author must be a graduate student at a higher education institution in the UAE in Academic Year 2024–2025, an Emirati graduate student enrolled at an international institution or an invited student. Select senior undergraduate students at UAE universities are also encouraged to submit papers. Conference participation is free of charge to all students.
Copyright of all papers submitted to UAE GSRC remains with the authors. This means authors are free to publish their work in other conferences or journals.
